Guerilla Policy Launch Open Space/ Cities / Housing @ Library Walk | Manchester | United Kingdom
In the Pirate Party we like to do things differently. So we’re launching our policy for the General Election on open space, cities, housing and heritage outside the shut off entrance to Library Walk in Central Manchester. We’ll share our policies and launch our campaign against developers who ruin our cities by keeping buildings empty. It’ll be part policy launch and part demonstration. Other than that anything might happen, after all G4S might swoop down on us. But that’s partly the point. Library Walk shows all that’s wrong in our city right now- the taking of public space, the attack on heritage, wasting public money when people are in housing need. Join us at 2pm. It’ll be a change from the same old same old from the big parties at least.
